- Per year income threshold for homeowners must be £31,000 or less.
- Homes with poor insulation which are vulnerable to cold weather may qualify.

- Household with Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating D,E,F & G can apply.
- Your home must fall within specific Council Tax bands i.e. A-D in England or A-E in Scotland or Wales.
- Renters can also apply but they must acquire landlord’s consent.
